Because they are all home together..

and they all love photoshoots.

Sadie took these cuties outside while I was at work, and had a little photoshoot to commemorate summer coming and the Corona Virus.

There is nothing better than we they love each other and show each other that they love each other!

I only wish they would have taken some photos of Sadie too.

The beginning of the Corona Virus of 2020.
Sadie was the first one to get out of school.
The first case in Arkansas was on March 11th.  The following Tuesday, she got an email that said you have to be off campus by tomorrow and we will notify you when you can return.
Her senior year in college.  Lots going on.  Lots to do.  Suddenly the brakes are put on.
She was sad.

By the following Monday, Sophie and Molly were out of school too.
They were a little excited at first.  No school!

I tried to make the situation a little lighter for them.
Home rules are when school is out for the summer, you always have a few chores to do before you do absolutely nothing.
They still had school work to do but I wanted them to be productive as well.
I left this note on the bar for fun.

Sophie's poem about being Quarantined was fun.

Molly's song about Corona Virus was hilarious.

Sadie's letter to her pretend boyfriend, Covid19, was pretty witty.

They have all struggled a little in their own ways with this.
We are all trying to adjust.
However, we have had fun too.

Molly even commented one night at bedtime that maybe this is what God wanted was for us to spend more time together as a family.

 Sophie Honor Society 2020

Brains and beauty!

Personality in a picture!

As has become a tradition, all these pretty girls met up for pictures at AC's.

As beautiful as she is and as proud as I am that she has grades good enough to be in Honor Society, the best part of this day was that Sophie was bold enough to say the prayer at the beginning of the ceremony.  She did a wonderful job and I was super proud of her.  This is a bold thing to do in front of your peers and a lot of people in the stands.  She did great!!!

I love Jr. High and all that it does.  There are lots of traditions here that have lasted since I was in junior high.  It is special to get to see your girls participate in something you did over 20 years ago.
I hope sweet Molly gets to sign the same book at that Sade, Sophie, and I did.

PBR

Sophie's favorite.
I don't know where she got it.
She follows it closely.
She records it on tv and watches it for hours.
She knows all the riders.
She knows all the bulls.
She knows all the standings.

MeMe suggested that we get tickets and take her to the PBR in Little Rock.
So we did and invited Sage to go too.

First we had dinner at Shorty Smalls.

Then went to the arena for the main event.

All 5 of us!

We had to stay a little while longer because these three girls had to get some autographs.

Sophie was a little bummed because her main man - Jess Lockwood- had gotten injured and didn't come to this event.  She still had a great time there and can't wait to go again.

Sophie has been working hard on sharing the gospel.  She is planning on going on a mission trip to New Orleans for spring break and she is way excited about it.
She came home and showed me what she had been learning and the 3 circles.
It makes me proud.

She is rocking her senior year, her pledge mistress stuff, her classes, her papers, her friendships, her  life.

She may not have it all figured out yet, but it makes me proud.

These girls are growing in their faith.  I can see it.  That is when it is real when someone else can see it and I can truly see it in each one of them.
It makes me really proud.

Molly made it to the finals in the spelling bee.  There were two rounds at the primary school with other 3rd graders.  The finals were at the elementary school with 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders.
Molly made it through the first few rounds and she was kicked out with the word brayed.  (Like a donkey noise...she spelled it like a hair braid!.) She was so upset about it.
She made it a long way and it makes me so proud!

Sadie started teaching gymnastics on Tuesdays and Thursdays at home.  I win because I got to see her two times a week.  Score!!

We celebrated Molly's birthday.

The big 9 years old.  I have tried and tried to get her to stop.
She won't.
She loves having birthdays.

She also keeps promising me that she will always be my baby no matter how old she is.
