Molly's graduation was a little different than the other two graduations we've had at Mrs. Verna's.  In this case, Molly was the only one graduating this year from pre-school.  She wasn't really sure about being in the spotlight all by herself.

Mrs. Verna has always done a ceremony for the graduates.  She makes it a big deal.  She plays music while they walk out in their caps and gowns.

She reads them a couple of books that usually make me cry.  She has refreshments.  We take pictures.

This is always really special to me.  I love that she takes the time to do that and make the kids feel special too.  It is a huge milestone.

With it being a short ceremony with one kid, Larry and the girls and me were all there.  Quincy and his grandparents were also there.  Molly thinks alot of Quincy and his grandparents think alot of Molly for that.

I'm super proud of these girls.  All three of them.  They always support each other, even though they argue and fight all the time.

I am also proud of Mrs. Verna.  She has kept all of my kids and been like family to us.  I took Sadie to her when she was 6 weeks old.  Then Sophie.  Then Molly.  That is 18 years of taking care of my babies.  We love Mrs. Verna.

We also had a super proud Daddy right here.

I can't wait to see this one grow up.  She's a handful.  There is no telling where she will take us.

Happy Graduation Molly Addison!!

Graduation day was a success.  We started the day with breakfast at church for all the seniors.  Then the seniors were recognized at church and I did in fact cry.  Just a little.  The slideshow gets me every time.  That and the sight of all those that went down to pray for these girls as they start their next chapter in their lives just got to me a little bit.

We had a quick bite to eat and then were off to the gym to get a seat.

Then the moment everyone has been waiting for.....

The Pomp and Circumstance walk.

Sadie, as the class president, was asked to give the welcome.  She welcomed the students, friends, family, and administration.  She then asked everyone to pray with her.  This has been a controversial subject to which Sadie fought hard for.  In the end he was not denied but was not given permission to say a prayer, but she absolutely wanted to thank God for where she was today.  And she did.  A picture of this is very special and something that she will hang on to forever.  It means alot to her.

She then led the pledge of allegiance.

She received her diploma and I did not even cry through any of this.  I think I had prepared myself enough and honestly, I knew she was coming home with me when all this was over so it wasn't like anything was different yet.

In fact, Molly was the only one that did cry at the graduation ceremony.  She started crying when Sadie walked out.  Larry asked her what was wrong.  She said, "I don't want Sadie to go to college."

Jonathan captured every bit of this for me.  He has been a wonderful photographer for us.  I didn't even take my camera because he said he would take care of it for me.  He captured the tassle turning and the Alma Mater.

Then just like that I have a high school graduate!

We couldn't be more proud of her and for her.  It's time for her to spread her wings and fly!  I only hope she returns to the nest often.

Then of course we had to take pictures documenting this iconic day on May 15th, 2016.

Her sisters were so very proud of her as always!

MeMe drove down for the ceremony even though it is hard for her to get away with Papa being down right now.  Trisha sat with Papa so MeMe could come.  Papa hated that he missed it but there was just no way for him to make it.

Grandma Geri planned her visit all the way from Arizona around Sadie's graduation date.

Kristi and Presley came down all the way from Fayetteville to see her. (I love them!!)

Of course, Cameron was there.

And Tandie and Hans juggled and put in miles to make two graduations on the same weekend

Sadie's Aunt Terry, Uncle Jeff, and Uncle Derrick were also there as well as a ton of friends.

I am so thankful to everyone who moved mountains to come support Sadie.  I know it meant the world to her to have each one of them there.  There's no words to describe it.
