This weekend we planned Sophie's first official (besides cousins and MeMe) sleepover. Her friend, Olivia just had a baby sister and we thought it would be a great time for a fun day. So we went to pick Olivia up at about 2:00pm. This was Olivia's first sleepover too, so I had my camera on ready.

First stop was the park. It was a beautiful day and the park was busy. The girls played there until I was exhausted. We then went to pick up Sadie from her sleepover and went for ice cream.

When we got home we played some more.

We rode bicycles and the 4wheeler...

Then, when it was time to come inside and get ready for supper, Olivia started missing her Momma and her baby sister. She started to cry and she was ready to go home.

Which made Sophie cry because she wanted 'Liv' to stay.

So, I convinced them to have supper first and then we took Olivia home and Sophie was heartbroken. Bless her bones, it hurt her feelings. There were still so many things that Sophie had planned that they didn't have a chance to do.

We will definately try again. Maybe next time she will spend the night. I think they had fun anyway.
