I hope that they stay this close as the years go by. This is real. They are this close. They miss each other when the other is gone. They do almost everything together. They think alike. They get on each others nerves. They laugh. They aggravate. They love.
Sophie is 6 years old. She is in 1st grade. She makes wonderful grades in everything but conduct. She has a little problem with talking and cutting up in class. (That doesn't surprise me.) I struggle with how to deal with this problem. I want her to act right, but I don't want to restrict her too much. She loves everyone and doesn't ever talk bad about anyone.
Sadie is 13 years old. She is in the 8th grade. She is very tender hearted. She is a helper. She is a social butterfly. She is nosey. She is very talented in many things. She is a fast learner. She has always been teacher's pet. She always makes good grades and is in advanced classes. She is growing into a very pretty young lady and I dread the next few years.. I hope during that time, we can remain as close as we have been.
My big girls are very special to me and I wouldn't be who I am without them and the love that they give me. They keep me going. They keep me on my toes. They drive me crazy. They make me happy!!

Oh words can not describe how much I love your girls! I know you are so proud of them! You are so blessed to have them, and they are blessed to have you!!
Big girls! We both know everything happens for a reason and I know that makes us who we are. I too would be lost without my big kid. He & Sadie are TOO much alike!
Something has to be said for parents too! You do a wonderful job at raising them.
