Molly had a check up at Children's. The doctors are pleased with her hand. The plan is just to watch it and see how it grows. She melts their hearts every time we go.
We went to the zoo after her appointment. It was Molly's first time. I think she enjoyed it. I did take pictures at the zoo, but haven't gotten them off of my camera yet. Maybe later....
This was on the way to Little Rock.
The following week, Molly had her second set up tubes put in. She did very well with the surgery. She was smiling when she went back with the nurses and smiling when she came out of recovery.
Sophie and I have been working in Mr. John's garden. He is calling us his sharecroppers. Sophie really enjoyed the planting...not so much the hoeing...but she loves the picking. Sadie has no interest in any of it, and Molly is like a bull in a china cabinet, so she doesn't go very often.
We are harvesting a lot now and the garden looks a lot different. I will update later.
Here is some of the goodness!!!
Oh. Yeah. We also rescued a baby kitten. Molly, like Sadie and Sophie, absolutely loves cats. I don't know what I was thinking, but we brought it home. Now Kitty is living on the deck.
I'm not sure how long Kitty will live. They all fight over who is going to hold her. None of them fight over who is going to feed her. I sneeze every time I go out on the back deck. Again, what was I thinking???
Summer is going by really fast!! It is hard to believe I will have a 10th grader and a 3rd grader. Good thing I also have a 2 year old to keep me young!
Sophie found out that her teacher is going to be Mrs.Williams. She was mad at first because she wanted Mrs. Backus. But now she is happy and said that Mrs. Williams was her second choice.

I was so disappointed when I didn't see Sophie's name on my list :( but she will be right next door. I will see her more often than not and she will be sick of me by the end of the year! She will love Mrs. Williams!
what!?!?! you have a cat!? I'm just not sure what this world is coming too. LOL
I'm glad Molly got a good report at Children's!! Those veggies look awesome!! I am loving your kitten! I bet the girls are too. Just think of all the mice and snakes it will keep out of your yard. Maybe it's time to stock up on Benadryl though. :)
