This was day two of Red Ribbon Week. At Primary, it was 'what you want to be when you grow up' day.  I'm gonna say that this is my least favorite day. My kids never know what they want to be when they grow up. They always say a teacher or a momma. That's what we usually do. It's boring and old.

So when I asked Sophie what she wanted to be when she grew up. She said a teacher.  I said, "How bout a MOVIE STAR!!"

And a star was born! She wasn't sure about it at first, but she loved it!! (I really hope she doesn't ever want to be a movie star.)  She rocked it!

At High School, it was dress like a old person day. (I don't know if that's the real name of it but you get the idea.)  Sadie rocked it too!

I think they had a little too much fun with it!!  These grannies were too cute!

Today was also report card day. Sophie had an A in language arts, a B in math, and a 100% in conduct.

I am super proud of her!! Mrs. Williams said the math grade will come up because they haven't had that many tests to score. It was a high B and that is good enough for me.

There was also a book fair at school today. Sophie bought a new book with her own money. I bought her four more new books when we went back for parent / teacher conference. She loves to read!

I haven't seen Sadie's report card yet...
