AWANAs closing and award night was fun.  I will admit I was a little relieved it was coming to an end.  I was tired.  I think the kids were tired.  But I am glad I got to participate in it.  It was truly a blessing. 

This is Molly's group, The Cubbies.  She had a great time, learned a whole bunch, and made lots of friends.  She loves AWANAs and looks forward to it all week. 

Sophie is in TNT, which stands for Truth in Training.  She loves AWANAs too.  I didn't get a picture of her whole grade because of where I was sitting. 

 

Molly was really excited about her awards.  She had been talking all week about getting a medal just like "Wreck it Ralph."  I think she was more excited about the medal than the trophy. 

Sophie was pumped too about her awards.  She got a medal and 2 trophies. 

I was trying to get a picture of Sophie and Anna Kate because they want one of just the two of them together each year.  They  kept getting photo bombed by everyone.  Some on purpose.  Some not.  These are the best I got.

 

 

These girls had fun!  Sadie is too big for AWANAs now, but she came to watch the girls get their awards.  It was funny to me because all the kids sat together by class.  I had to sit with my group and Sadie came and sat with me.  All the little girls were turning around and waving at Sadie and telling their friends, "Sadie's here!"  "Look there's Sadie."  (Almost like she is a movie star or something.)  Sadie loves it.  I will admit.  It was cute.
