Homecoming week / Spirit Week at high school was pretty fun for Sadie.  She had her costumes mostly planned out a couple of weeks before.  It took her this long to figure out that it works better than waiting until the night before to decide what you want to do.

Monday was Hillbilly Day.

This didn't take alot of effort.  Braiden pig tails.  Overalls.  Hillbilly teeth.  I still think she's cute.

I was glad to see that alot of the student participated.  I think they do more these days than they did when I was in school.

Tuesday was Circle of Life Day.  The idea was to dress as young or as old as you wanted.  Anything that had to do with the circle of life.  Sadie loves the old woman theme, so she went with that again.

I think she did pretty good.  I was a little appalled when she wanted to go through my closet to find some clothes to look like an old woman.  I told her to go wash her mouth out with soap!!

Here is a true example of the circle of life.  Sadie and McKayla.
(Those aren't my clothes by the way!!!)

Wednesday was Disney Day.  Sadie dressed up as the little girl "Boo" on Monsters Inc.

She was precious.

Thursday was Scrapper Day.  Sadie didn't dress up because we spent all day decorating the gym for Homecoming.

Friday was Dress Up Day.  Boy was she dressed up...  Homecoming Day on a different post.

Spirit week is fun!  My girls love it.  I think the schools should do it more time in the year just for fun.!
