The Christmas Musical at church was extra special this year. It is always a blessing and warms my heart.  But this year all three of my girls were in it.  My heart was just a little warmer.

Molly was super excited about being an angel.  She kept telling me that she was going to be an angel just like Grammy.  

Sophie was a trumpet blower.  That's what she called it.  She was pretty excited about it too.  This was her first year to actually go through with the performance.  She was supposed to do it last year but got cold feet and chickened out when it was time to go out.  

This was Sadie's third year to be in the musical.  She has been an angel every year.  She has perfected the part and is a natural at being an angel.

A very beautiful one at that!

Molly was not bashful at all.  She just went out there and performed.  

She started out leading the angels, but she did a little more spinning than the rest of them so they passed her up.

Sophie did an amazing job.  She acted a little bashful, but I could tell she really enjoyed it too.

She is really growing up fast lately.  She is starting to come out of her shell.

I love the kids and the theatrics.  I paints a picture of the story of the birth of Jesus.  But what really makes everything come together is the choir and the music.  They bring in a small orchestra and it is always beautiful.

A warm heart is a good thing.
