Sadie came home.  That doesn't happen very often.  I knew that she was going to be busy.  I knew that she wouldn't come home every weekend.  I knew that we would have to keep on with life.  I didn't know that it would be this bad.  She really hasn't been home that much at all.  She has made a couple of trips in for the ballgame and right back, but those don't count.  We only count it if she comes home and hangs out and sleeps at home.  There has only been a couple of those since she left for college in August.

So we cherish them when it does happen.

So after church, we played outside and soaked it all in.  Molly showed Sadie that she learned how to ride her bike without training wheels while she has been gone.

Larry showed Sadie that he still remembered how to ride a bike.  Molly was impressed.

Sophie and Sadie remembered their arguing and fighting techniques.  If anyone misses anyone anywhere on this planet, Sophie misses Sadie more than that.  She absolutely aches some days for Sadie to come home.  She misses her so bad.  Molly will get pouty about it for a minute or two and then move on to something else.  Sophie cries.

Cameron also gets lots of attention when he comes.  We don't see him either, obviously.  Sadie doesn't get to see him much either.  They have struggled a little bit but are doing good.

I am proud of both of them and so very thankful when they come home.  College sucks.
