Sophie - Track - Missions - 

Sophie went to Arlington on Spring Break with the youth group for a missions trip. This was her first mission trip.

She was excited and looking forward to it.  They had alot planned to do.

It was a big success and Sophie loved the mission work with the neighborhood kids.

They got up early every morning and worked all day.  In the evenings they would go out together as a group.

They were gone for 4 days and Sophie was worn all the way out when she got home.

This spring was also another first for Sophie.  She ran track this year for off season for basketball.  Coach Kidd told them they had to do track but they didn't have to go to the track meets unless they wanted to go.  

Sophie loved track!

She had a total of three track meets.  She ran the hurdles every meet.  She tried pole vault the last two.  She ran a couple relays as well.  She absolutely improved and impressed me.

She was also excited and involved with Aftershock this year.  She was the "3 Days Until" girl on social media.  She makes my heart happy.

Basketball pictures came in.  Sophie didn't like them but I loved them.
