Mom came down this week for an appointment and took the girls back with them for the rest of their Spring Break. I miss them so when they are gone. Life is so different when they are not here.
Every time Sophie goes to Meme and Papa's, she says that she wants to stay five days. She has said that since she learned to talk and still does. It doesn't matter if they live right up the road or 2 1/2 hours away. She always asks to stay five days.

This time she will end up spending five days with Meme and Papa. Wednesday through Sunday. No one planned it that way. It just worked out for her, and she probably doesn't know the difference.

Sadie's visits to Meme and Papa's had slowed down a little until they moved farther away. The older she got, the busier she got. Now she doesn't pass up a chance to go visit. I think she realized what she was taking for granted.

I have gotten some things done the last few days and taken advantage of my time without two girls under my feet. But I know that I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world and I miss them like crazy when they are not with me.



I know these days won't last forever and it won't be long until they have their own families and bring their kids to see me. I hope that their kids hold me as high as they do their Meme!

I'm not rushing it though. If I could keep them this age forever, I would definately freeze time now.
