Life is rockin' right along. Summer is here, maybe not officially, but it feels like summer.
Shorts, flip-flops, golf, lake, mosquitoes, grilling, sunscreen, yard work.
Larry put up a tire swing for the girls. They have been begging for one for forever. Sophie absolutely loves it. Sadie loves that Sophie loves it.
Schools is almost out. There will be new adventures for Sadie and Sophie in the fall.
Sophie will be the new kid in Kindergarten and Sadie will be the new kid in Junior High.
I don't know which is more scary and for who...them or me.
The 2 Man tournament was a hoot. There was a great turn out.
The Ladies Golf Assoc. worked a hole each day for a fundraiser.
The crawfish was good Saturday night.
There were lots of people there I hadn't seen in a long time.

There is no big update on the house. We are still waiting on the builders to start framing.
I am trying to be patient.
These next pictures are real pictures of me trying to take a few good pictures of Sophie. She wanted to stand in front of the flowers and pose. I usually let her do her poses and then bribe her to do a couple of real plain poses. This time I just let her go and kept them all.
She will be so happy I did when she is about 16.
I would say that I would hold them over her head in return for housework or something.

Be still my beating heart! Those girls are PRECIOUS! Sadie with those WILD nails ...girl, I had to zoom in on that one! And Sophie letting it all go! I love them!
Oh my! Oh my! I love, love the pictures of Sophie posing. Of course, you kept them. You had no other choice.
Sam is ready for Sadie to be in Junior High with him. So she's already got one buddy waiting for her.
