Yesterday, my BFF came to visit. It is the first time Kristi had seen Molly and we were so very proud to see both her and Presley.

Kristi came bearing gifts. But not just any gift. You see. The blankets that she brought for each of the girls.... (Sophie went to spend the night with a friend and she had to take hers, so I didn't get a picture of it.) The blankets were not just blankets. They are so very special to the girls and even more special to me. Kristi told the girls that these blankets were Betty's, her mother's, and she had each of their names embroidered on them. She wants them to use these blankets and to know that they will have a guardian angel watching over them. This is the most precious gift that I can ever imagine. That touches my heart and shows the love that Kristi has not only for her mother, but for my girls through me! Presley is just the cutest little thing. She was so full of energy and as outgoing as her Momma. She is absolutely precious and I could eat her up every time I look at her.

She never slowed down and it made me remember Sadie and Sophie at that age. It also made realize that it is only months before Molly will be running around too. Kristi is a natural mother and a wonderful friend. She always has been and always will be. She is the kind of friend that loves you no matter what. We can go for years without talking and see each other and pick right up where we left off. I love her. I love who she is. I love how she loves.

Presley is just like her. Betty is so proud!!
