Sophie came home yesterday missing another tooth.  It is the top tooth right above the missing first tooth.  She has a big gaping hole that she loves to stick her tongue through now.  Even funnier, the other front top and front bottom teeth are also loose.  She will really be toothless in a month or so.  She was so excited because she pulled it all by herself at school.  She brought it home in a little tooth treasure chest.  It went immediately under her pillow!  The tooth fairy did so good this time.  I'm so glad she  I got my head out of her my butt this time!  I really don't think I could have pulled it off again.
Also, yesterday we got our dance costumes in.  They are all adorable.  This one is Sophie's tap costume.  I think it came with a little extra attitude in the sequins or something.  These girls were hot to trot.
In the past, I have taken my camera and taken loads of pictures because it is so exciting when they come in.  But then when the pictures are made at recital time with full hair and make-up, it makes the 'try on day' pictures look awful.  So, this time I left my camera at home and told myself I would wait until recital time.  I couldn't resist snapping some pictures with my phone after they got them on.  These girls absolutely loved them.  Their ballet dresses are beautiful too.  I refrained though from posting because this is only a sneak peak.
Sadie's group loved all of their costumes too!  They have three: tap, ballet, and jazz.  Below is their tap costume.  It is hilarious because these two pictures were of different groups of girls, in different age groups, at different times, yet they still posed the same when I said "Hey, yall get together for a picture."  What fun they are!!

It made me sad when Sadie and Sophie tried on each of their costumes and performed their numbers.  Mainly because they are precious children and I love how much they have learned from this and how much fun they are having.  But also because this may be their last year in dance.  Sadie really wants to start gymnastics and maybe even get on some sort of cheer team, and Sophie wants to do whatever Sadie does.  Although I don't want to see either of them give up dance, I can not afford for them both to do both.  So, this is something that they will have to think hard about.  That's another lesson God is teaching them....Decisions and Sacrifices.

There is no telling what Molly will want to do in a few years, especially if her Daddy has any influence at all.  But I really believe in letting them pursue their own adventures.  I don't want to force them into taking dance or playing ball or selling cookies.  I want their individuality to grow on its own and support them in their choices as much as I can.  So we will see.  Right now though, she really wants to do anything that Daddy wants to do....even if it's eating his pizza when she's already had her supper.

Girl, those are just precious pics! Sophie with that big toothless grin is to die for! I'm so glad they love their dance class, and can't wait to see what they choose to do next year. As for Molly, I bet she will be a pro golfer, which will be super cool too!!

Where in the world did they get such attitudes??? I don't remember you being so sassy - oh wait a minute - yes I do!! Mom to all girls is going to be the death of you yet but isn't it so fun? Dylan is just as expensive as a girl and I have to make him draw the line every now and then. I mean really, there's no reason you have to have the same name on yours socks, shoes, undies, shirts, pants, pull-overs - you get the picture? UGH! Love it though as I know you do too!

Diane might be onto something with the pro-golfer....can't wait to see!!!
