Sophie let Molly play with her Furby that she got for Christmas. Coincidentally, the batteries went out while Molly was playing with the Furby.

Sophie comes running in crying saying that Furby was dead. I asked her what happened and she dramatically screams, "Molly killed her!!!"

I told Sophie that the batteries were probably just dead because they haven't been changed since Christmas. Sophie says, as seriously as possible, "It doesn't have batteries because the box said batteries not included."

We changed the batteries and Furby is alive and well. Everyone is happy again.
