This weekend we took a trip to Meme's. it had been a little while since we had driven up. Papa was not home because he was working in Louisiana, so it was just the girls.

MeMe broke out the Barbie jeep for Molly. She was a little scared of it at first but it didn't take her long to find the gas pedal. She liked going backwards better than forwards. I can't understand that, but whatever floats her boat, right?  

She also liked getting in and out of it and opening and closing the door. She was styling!! 

Sophie's birthday is coming up soon. Meme couldn't wait until Sophie's birthday to give her the much anticipated birthday present, her first American Girl doll. These things are way over rated if you ask me. But nobody asked me. Sophie wanted one really bad and Meme couldn't let a day go by without Sophie having 'Julie'!!!  She has taken that doll with her everywhere since she got it out of the box.

MeMe decided to grill some pork chops for us this weekend! Man o Man did she do good. 

I'm sure Sadie would say it's because she was the assistant. 

Meme isn't used to grilling because Papa does all the grilling. She was making me a little nervous because she was so antsy about it. That girl did good. She will be a grilling fool from now on. Promise!! 

This is what we did while MeMe grilled. 

It's become my favorite past time. 

 

Because my phone is always with me and very handy.
