2013 is gone.  I look back over the year and see that it was a busy one filled with lots of memories. 

 

Sadie turned 15 almost a year ago, Molly turned 2 almost a year ago, Sophie turned 8 in the summer. 

 

We celebrated birthdays.  We had many trips to Miss June's and Miss Leah's.  Sadie had cheerleader tryouts and made it.  We didn't take a vacation, but went canoeing and went to the lake.  We took several trips to MeMe's and a trip to Kristi's. 

 

We went to the zoo and the fair and roller skating. 

We have given.  We have received. 

 

We ran a 3K. We played golf. 

 Molly made many laps around the neighborhood on her 4wheeler while Sophie made many on her bicycle.  Sadie got a car and started driving.  Molly broke her leg.  There was plenty of fishing and some hunting. 

We planted flowers in the spring and gardened in the summer.

We visited the eye doctor, the dentist, and the chiropractor and had lots of medical bills. 

 

We attended many pep rallys and football games.  Molly got tubes in her ears again.

Sophie got to spent time with Spencer.  Sadie switched boyfriends. 

 

Sophie starred in a play.  Sadie was in Honor Society.  

Sophie started 3rd grade and Sadie 10th grade. 

Molly learned the band dances and several cheers and performs them regularly. 

 Sophie took golf lessons and swimming lessons. 

We played at the pool. 

 

We played with the ipad and the ipod.  We sang songs.  We did puzzles and played Uno Moo and Crazy Eights and Bingo. 

Sadie and the Scrapper cheerleaders won state.

We have put away several hundred gallons of sweet tea. 

 

We sent Valentines, we dyed Easter eggs, we watched the Bible series on TV as a family.  We grilled out and fried fish.  We watched fireworks.  We went trick or treating. 

We had turkey and dressing.  Ella came back and visited us and she had a brand new skirt. 

 Santa came.  We sang Christmas carols by candle light. 

 

  We have laughed.....Good Belly Laughs.  We have been sad and scared.  We have whined.  

We have cried.....Deep wet tears.  We have stayed up too late. 

We ate ice cream for supper just because and pancakes for breakfast many times.

Competed against each other in Just Dance.  Gone target practicing. 

 

We have watched several movies.  We had friends over and have gone over to friend's houses. 

We have dressed up.  We have changed a million diapers. 

We have stayed in our PJs all day and snuggled on the couch.  We have prayed.

We have received many blessings.

 

We have learned.  We have grown. 

We have loved.
