So, I'm really behind on the blogging world.  I always have good intentions, but sometimes life gets in the way.  Sometimes I just upload random photos and save it as a draft with the intention of making a post out of it sometimes.  (I have three of those pending right now.)  Which makes today a great day for a random post!

Easter weekend. Sadie with her phone out taking selfies, as usual.  She conned MeMe into a selfie and I photo bombed....just in time.

Next is birthday party at Anna Claire's and Emma's.  Molly absolutely LOVED the bounce house after she screamed bloody murder the first time she went down the slide.  She wore herself out on this thing and has asked almost every day since if we could go to the birthday party again.  (That's the funny thing about birthdays...they're kinda an annual thing!)

Sophie loved the birthday party too.  She did leave the bounce house for other activities unlike Molly, but she had a big time as always with all those girls!

Molly left the bounce house for about 2 minutes and 36 seconds and that was to jump on the trampoline.  Until, she realized that she could not jump with all of those kids there, and she decided she would rather be jostled around in the bounce house than on the trampoline.  She quickly returned to her original love.

Another party we attended was a house warming party for a co-worker of mine.  We had a big time this night too.  Although, Molly knew we were going to a party and -in her mind- it was the birthday party with the bounce house.  She kept saying all night that she didn't like this party and wanted to go to another one.  She had plenty of kids to play with but there was no bounce house.

It was Tim and Lois' house warming.  Everyone brought food.  We ate and then we moved inside for a little pickin' and grinnin'.  Sadie couldn't resist herself and had to jump in there on lead vocals.  We all had a very good time.  Molly even stole the mic and sang "Jesus Loves Me" and "You are My Sunshine" for everyone.  Sophie sang, but wouldn't with the mic.  She's the shy, quiet, dangerous one.

This season has been the best season for crawfish.  I think I have eaten more this season than I have ever before.  I probably averaged eating crawfish at least about every other week in the last couple of months.  I absolutely LOVE them.  Sadie will eat a few with me, but everyone else says I can have them.  Which is good....at $5.50 per pound....more for me!!

Molly is still in the princess mode.  She loves everything princess.  She eats and sleeps princess.  She thinks she really is a princess.  That could be a little OUR fault too.

It has finally gotten warm enough for golf.  I haven't hit them as much as I have wanted to, but it's just getting started.  Maybe I can catch up.

This was when Mom kept the girls one weekend.  Larry and I loaded up with Louise and Greg and we went to Glenwood to play.

Sophie went to AWANAs again this year.  She had a good year.  We had award night the other night and she was all giddy inside.  I am super proud of her participation and how much she has learned.  It makes for great conversations.! Plus she got some cool awards that she is super proud of.

This is Sophie and her new BFF Anna Kate.  She is one of the preacher's daughters.  She love love loves her and they are so cute together.

Sophie is my right hand man these days.  She wants to go with my everywhere!!  That is fine with me and I am cherishing all the little things with her.  I know from experience now, when they grow up and their wings start growing, they don't want to hang out with you much anymore.

This is me and Sophie at the Ladies' Brunch.  It was a real life tea party.  She wasn't too excited about the hot tea, but they also had chocolate.  So it was a win!!  We had a good time.

Sadie was there too, but she was working the brunch.  We didn't see her much.  It didn't bother Sophie much because it was 'our' date.
