The cabin was cute as a bug. I could absolutely live there. Three bedroom, two bath and two sets of bunk beds. There was a wrap around porch that was pretty awesome too.
First thing Larry did was make sure the TV worked. The girls and I unloaded and checked everything out.
Sophie and Sadie checked out the bunk beds and loved them. Sophie has always wanted bunk beds.
Finally Kristi, Larry, Dylan, and Presley came. The minute everything was out of their car, the girls were in the hot tub. They waited as long as they could.
The big girls went to the grocery store and we grilled hamburgers and hot dogs the first night. Followed by a friendly, sometimes not so friendly, game of Phase 10.
When we were getting ready to go to bed, Molly decided to get a fever and swollen tonsils. After some Tylenol, we finally got her to go to sleep.
The next morning we had a little excitement. The septic tank was full and caused a small flood in the cabin. Mainly the bathrooms were effected. We laughed and had a big time with that. We used almost every towel in the cabin until Kristi's Larry got the water turned off.
We did some small plumber activities and my Larry called the doctor to get Molly some antibiotics started. These men saved the day.
The pooper scoopers arrived and in no time they had us flushing again.
We just laughed it all off and went right on with our business. Kristi said it best..."we're just making memories!"
