This is happening so fast.  They days are going by so quickly.  There is no slowing it down now.  It's here!!   It's happening!!

Sadie sent out her announcements.  She's got her cap and gown.  She is registered.  She has her schedule.

The scholarship banquet was nice.  Sadie was awarded four local scholarships.  We were very thankful for each one.  It makes me so very proud to live in a small town where the community supports these young ones.  I consider it a blessing every day.

She received $250 from the Ladies' Golf Association, $100 from Coca-Cola, $500 from Robert and Mary Frances Shirmer Memorial, and $1000 from Ronny K. Woods Memorial.

Above are the famous five that will be in Arkadelphia.  Below are the fabulous three that will be at OBU.

Without any planning, Sadie and Sophie matched.  Sadie did fix Sophie's hair when she realized Sophie was wearing red too.  When we got there I immediately noticed that Brittany and Lauren were matching too.  I don't know if theirs was planned or not.  But when Molly got up there for the picture it was absolutely perfect because she and Kaycee matched.  (She loves loves Kaycee.)  Ingredients for a precious picture!

Sophie was super proud of Sadie.  I really think she will be lost for a while when Sadie moves out.  She is super pumped about getting Sadie's room, but she doesn't want to rush it.

Cameron is always at everything to support Sadie.  He is a super good guy.  He may or may not be the reason she got the Ronny K. Woods scholarship, as he is his nephew.  I think that made it even more special.

After the banquet we went out to eat to celebrate... and because we were all dressed up with no where to go.

On the way home the kids started talking about the "dab" in the backseat.  They were all very surprised when Larry said, "Do you know where that came from?"  He went on further to tell them Dabo Swinney, a college football coach, came up with the move and it got popular when Cam Newton did it on TV during a football game.

They were impressed but still questioned him asking, "Can you do it?"  He dabbed in the car but it wasn't good enough for them to see.  So as soon as we got home he threw it out there.  The girls LOVED it!!!  I put it on Facebook and it got much attention.  But if that wasn't enough, it was ran in the local newspaper too.

Larry got one of us dabbin' too.  Yes we did!!
