She got to town about 2:30. She went to the schools and picked the girls up and surprised them. They both loved that.
We visited for a little while at home and got some loves.
Then we took Sadie out to eat at her favorite mexican place.
I felt really special because Molly still wanted to sit by her Momma.
Then we went to the Scrapper game. It was the first one Sadie had been to this year.
She and Sophie stayed until half time and then they left headed to Arkadelphia.
Sophie was beyond excited. Sadie sent me messages and said that Sophie was loving every minute of it and getting lots of attention.
We drove up Saturday for the game and to pick up Sophie. Needless to say, Sophie did not want to leave. One night was not long enough for her.
Brittany quit cheer and they gained three boy cheerleaders. Brittany was the real reason Sadie even tried out for cheer. Sadie was a little sad that she wasn't going to be cheering with her but it is pretty neat that they had three join the same week she quit. Just in time.
We sat by the band and it was very entertaining. I had much more fun at this game. AND I could actually see the cheerleaders.
Molly brought her banner that Sadie gave her. She cheered her little heart out from the stands.
She also went and played in the bouncy house for a little while during the game. She loved that. Then we had to chase down the Tiger and get a picture with him. She was a little nervous about that but she did it.
Sadie did a good job and the Tigers won. So all was well.
Sophie said her sad goodbyes and sniffled all the way to the car. Molly was glad to be going home. She was a little scorned that she didn't get to spend the night with Sadie at college like Sophie did, but she is not a true football fan. She had had enough.
I'm not ready for football season to be over, but I am a little anxious for basketball season. I can't wait to see these college kids at basketball games. They bring life to the games.
