Thursday morning we packed up, said our goodbyes, and headed back to Vegas.  The week went by really fast and we didn't have near enough time.  We packed alot of things into this trip.

On the way back we stopped at the Hoover Dam.  The last time Larry and I were there they were working on this high bridge over the Hoover Dam.  I was excited to see it finished.  When we drove over it going to Arizona, I was disappointed because you couldn't see over the sides.  You couldn't even tell you were going over the dam except for the signs that said to be careful of the crosswinds on the bridge.

So on the way back, we drove down to the dam and walked up to the bridge so we could get the full effect.

I was glad that we stopped.  It was worth it.

I took pictures from the car when we were driving back to Vegas.

I was still amazed at the beauty of it all.

I usually am not a get in the car and drive travel person.  I just don't love it.  I don't enjoy being stuck in a car.  I often get car sick.  I get really bored.  I hate it.

I really enjoyed looking at the scenery during this trip.  It got me in my feelings.  I was thankful.  I enjoyed it.

This could be my favorite picture of the whole trip.

These little girls though were sick and tired of being in a vehicle.  They did really good traveling.  Really good.  They were tired of it though.

I understand.  We did put 1000 miles on the rent-a-car from Monday to Thursday.  That is alot of driving and being in a vehicle.

But to me, it made alot of the trip.  We would have missed all of this...

We made it back to Vegas, checked into our hotel room, and returned the rent-a-car.
We took a taxi to the strip and did some Vegas stuff.

We didn't have much time to spend there either, so I just hit the highlights with them.
We saw the water show at the Belagio.

Molly spotted the Eiffel Tower immediately and said it was fake because we were in Las Vegas not Paris.

Molly ran into a few familiar friends on the strip.

We saw Ceasars Palace.

The Venetian.

We also hit Fremont Street, it is almost my favorite.

I will only say that we had a good time because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
