I met Trisha in Conway for dinner last night. Delicious dinner and a good visit. I had not seen her in a long time and it was good to get together and visit. But I must tell you that I found a new love......

We shared a Cajun boil. It was beautiful. It was scrumptious. It was delectable. It was enchanting. It was a bucket full of boiled shrimp, crab legs, Andouille sausage, fresh potatoes, and corn on the cob. When I say bucket, I mean bucket like you would use to slop the hogs. The smell was so delicious just in itself. But when the waiter dumped the bucket on top of the table, I just wanted to climb on top and swim around in it. I can not tell you how good this food was. I couldn't figure out what my favorite item was. The spices were just right. The crab legs were so divine. The sausage was so tasty.....the shrimp, the potatoes, the corn!!
