We have been doing lots of swimming at the pool, and Molly even went swimming for the first time Monday.  Sophie is trying to master swimming without floaties.  She still wears them some, but takes them off and practices swimming under water.  She loves that she can go under without holding her nose.  Sophie has also mastered riding her bicycle without training wheels.  She said that she just had to because she was the only one that had training wheels on her bicycle.  I think it took about three days over a two week period, and she was riding all by herself.

Molly hated bath time at first, but now she doesn't mind it at all.  I wouldn't go so far as to say that she loves it yet, but it is not a screaming fit anymore.  Once we cleared that hurdle, we decided to try the swimming pool.  It's official.  She's a swimmer too.!
She is still a good good baby and so easy going.  Her little personality is growing and she is absolutely precious.  She started saying "da-da-da-da" this week and I am working really hard on the "ma-ma-ma."  But I just love to hear her voice regardless of what she is saying.
Sadie's calendar has been so full this summer.  She is such the social butterfly.  She's so little and has always been very mature that I sometimes forget that she is 13 and officially a teenager.  I am so proud of her and who she is becoming.  She is a good girl with a good head on her shoulders.
It has been so hot lately that we just hate to get Molly out in it.  We take her outside on the deck some after dinner because she loves to be outside.  Sadie, Sophie, and I went to play golf the other evening and Larry caught up to us after a few holes.  This is what we saw!
Larry put Molly in her bumpo and she went riding in the golf cart.  She looked like a little doll sitting up there.  She would even hold on to the side rail when he would drive.  She looked so big!  This was a precious site to see.  Everyone on the course was loving it!!  .... and who wouldn't????

Oh my soul, oh my soul - where does the time go?? I have to say the bumpo ride in the golf cart is my favorite! Good Golly Miss Molly!!! I cannot get over how much she's grown. I thought you were going to keep her a baby until I came back to see her! Oh how life moves on regardless!

I love that Sadie is a social butterfly. I remember the best times of my life were spent with you in the 7th grade and on. Please make sure she's not driving out by the packing shed. I bet you don't even let her drive. When I come in (WHEN!) I'm going to take her and Dylan out to drive & I'm going to teach her how to french braid hair!

We are so blessed to have the most beautiful kids in the world!
