This was the last hoorah before school starts next week. I was feeling a little down that we didn't take the girls anywhere this summer. But we have been just way too busy for a trip. 

So we loaded up and went to the lake. Kinda last minute, with not much time to prepare, but that's how we roll. All spur of the minute-forget stuff-just glad we are getting to go somewhere together-family time. 

We rented a barge and a tube and hit the water. 

These girls absolutely had a blast!! Molly loves the water as long as someone is holding her. I tried to get her to let go of me one time. She told me to hold her because she was going to sink. She had a death grip if both of my hands were not touching her. 

Sadie and Sophie tubed and tubed and then they tubed. They loved it!! Sadie is just almost a pro and Sophie caught on really fast. Sophie never shut up the whole time she was on the tube. 

I couldn't hear what she was saying. But it was all good, I could tell by the look on her face. It was fun to watch. 

Sadie said that Sophie said the water got in her eyes and it made her almost deaf. That is a little concerning but she was too excited to get everything correct in a high pressure situation like that. 

Molly and I rode the tube first. She really could have cared less. But she loved to drive the boat. 

We all got water logged. But we had a very fun time.  It will go on our fun family things to do again list.
