Happenings in March around our house:

We are getting ready for turkey season. Larry and Sophie are the turkey hunters of the house. Molly is getting all trained up, but she is not quite ready yet.

Apparently you have to have many "calls" and you must practice them to become proficient.

There have been several several days in the house lately because of the rain. These girls have fun wherever they are but we are looking forward to spring.

There have been a few days of sunshine and warmth after the time changed. We have started a walking regime. It's a family event. Sadie usually goes alone but she can run a whole lot faster than me and I just slow her down. I try to power walk and jog a little at times. When Molly is with me we mostly just walk.

When I choose to jog, Sophie goes with me and Molly goes with Larry. Sophie and I put our earplugs in and let the music guide us.

St. Patrick's day came again this year. I don't get real excited about it. I do try to make sure the girls wear green. I found this picture on the school site. Kids love a reason to celebrate anything.

Molly learned all about St. Patrick's Day. Verna made green jello and they colored shamrocks. I'm not sure what all else they did that day, but Molly came home and told us that it was "Patrick's day and Patrick and SpongeBob are friends!"  Not sure if she has the whole idea yet but she is getting there!!

Now we are getting ready for Spring Break....
HaHaHaHa---that's punny!!
