Larry's birthday weekend was low key and simple.  We didn't do anything extraordinary.  The girls wanted to do a little crafting for Dad for his birthday and they spent some of the morning painting.

We had a little cake and ice cream celebration, which is Molly's favorite part.

Molly got to help blow out the candles.  Sadie has been tied up with cheer all week and didn't have time to do a cake, so I bought one.

Sunday morning, it was back to our normal routine.  We had nursery duty at church, which is Molly's favorite.

Sophie loves it too because I let her come in and help.  We got to see Maddox.  He only loved Sophie.

Larry was a big hit in the nursery too.  He made silly faces and played with Bowen.  She cried when he tried to leave the room.  That tickled him to death.

After church was guitar practice.

This is what it looks like at my house when Tim comes over for guitar practice.

No wonder I'm a slow learner.
